Since 1990, we have dedicated our efforts to breeding what we believe is the noblest horse on the planet – the purebred Arabian.

When the Kapsch Stud Farm first began breeding Arabians, we primarily concentrated on Polish bloodlines. Since then, we have also added Spanish and Egyptian lines to our breeding stock.

We place primary importance on selecting only ideally suited horses for breeding. As a result, each animal is thoroughly evaluated in terms of character, rideability and general performance potential.

The Kapsch Stud Farm offers an ideal environment for breeding, raising and training young Arabians, including modern stables and training facilities, expansive, gently rolling pastures, and – at 900 meters altitude – a sufficiently challenging climate to promote the health and strength of our horses.

All of our horses receive plenty of exercise and a diet that consists of our own premium-quality breeding hay. We furthermore ensure highest personal attention and commitment in all facets of raising our prized Arabians. All Kapsch Arabians are broken in and trained with sports performance in mind.

Our horses are also proof that beauty and performance can go hand in hand: Over the past 15 years, Kapsch-bred Arabians have enjoyed success in track and endurance racing, at shows and dressage tournaments, and in the harness and wagon-racing fields.

What we value most in a horse are character, the animal’s fundamental build and qualities, and of course trueness to type.
